Breakfast is usually my only truly "homemade" meal of the day, unfortunately.<br /><br />I'm hoping to incorporate more of what I'm learning as I work toward my Dietetics degree and my ED struggle (though I'm a bit tentative since I'm not really "recovered").<br /><br />I'm mostly worried that, since it's getting colder and I have one race in two weeks and another the week after, that I'm going to lose progress.
